The idea for the site came from a meeting between Mike Chew, the MAP/Growth facilitator for the Church of England Blackburn diocese, and Peter Hill, Lay Chairman of Oswestry Deanery in Lichfield Diocese, who is researching nationally into MAP as part of his PhD studies. Roger Longworth, a friend of Mike’s, set up the site and is the webmaster
