In this section you will find documents which provide answers to the question ‘How do we produce a MAP?’  There are similarities about the process used by dioceses or groups of churches and this usually includes:

  • A review of the starting point
  • Establishing a Vision for the future
  • Choosing Priorities
  • Deciding on Actions and Goals
  • Communicating to those involved
  • An emphasis that the process is cyclical (usually MAPs are published annually)
